Chapter 7 Information

If you have filed a bankruptcy case, the Bankruptcy Rules and Trustee Gregg Szilagyi require that you submit the following required documents for your upcoming 341 hearing date:

  • 60 days proof of income
  • Tax Returns - 2 years
  • Color copy of your valid Government Issued photo ID
  • Color copy of your Social Security Card

To protect personal and sensitive information, the Trustee does not accept documents via email or facsimile.

All documents must be uploaded to the AXOS document sharing system. Upon case filing, you will receive a system generated email from AXOS that will provide instructions for uploading documents. If you do not have an attorney, please contact AXOS Customer Support via telephone at (888) 374-8267 or via email at [email protected] for assistance with uploading documents to the trustee.

All 341 hearings are conducted via Zoom. Please familiarize yourself with Zoom (and practice logging on and enabling the audio and video settings and connections) prior to your hearing. Also, to facilitate a successful meeting, please use the strongest possible internet or WIFI connection available.
